ANXIETY IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Examination Anxiety

Examination anxiety, commonly manifested as trepidation, is a broadly occurring phenomenon among school children and students. Very typical physical reactions are diarrhea or loss of appetite, beads of perspiration on the forehead along with chills, and heart palpitations. A majority of students have been affected by exam anxiety at some point in their educational careers.
